This documentary takes viewers inside such iconic establishments as the Continental Baths and Studio 54, where all you needed to gain entrance was a ‘good turtleneck and a big dick’. As we all know, the good times came with a price. Only 12 years after Stonewall, the infamous New York Times article was published announcing the appearance of an unusual cancer striking gay men, putting the brakes on this unprecedented era of sexual freedom in the Big Apple and around the world.
