The Paramount is the booking office for all advance ticket sales which start from midday Monday 9 May.

Ticket Prices

Opening Night $18 No concessions.

Adult $13

Concession $11 Available only to Community Services cardholders, Film Society members, senior citizens & students with valid ID.

Bonus Card $68 Save $10 on the price of six films.

Bonus Card Conditions

Please note that bonus cards:
(1) Can only be used by one person, so cannot be used to buy tickets for others or for two or more people to attend the same session;
(2) Do not guarantee you a seat;
(3) Cannot be used for Opening Night;
(4) Cannot be exchanged for cash and no money will be refunded for unused cards.

Booking Information

We recommend you book in advance to avoid queuing.

Book in person at the Paramount

The Paramount will be open for advance bookings from midday to 2pm weekdays, and also during its regular opening hours starting on Monday 9 May. You may be asked to complete a booking form and to wait a short time if there is a session starting. Tickets will also be available from the Paramount coffee kiosk at street level from 7.30am to 2pm weekdays.

Online booking not available

There is no online booking facility.

Fax it to (04) 384 4408 from Monday 9 May. Email bookings to: bookings@paramount.co.nz.

If booking for Opening Night your seats will be allocated on a ‘best available seat’ basis. Seating at all other sessions is unallocated.

Payment for fax and email bookings is by credit card only. Please include credit card number and expiry date on the fax booking form.

Booking staff may need to contact you – please ensure all contact details are correct.
