Ticket Prices

Opening Night $18 No concessions. See Opening Night information.

Adult $13

Concession $11 Available only to current Community Services cardholders, senior citizens (65+) & students with current ID.

Bonus Card $68 Save $10 on the price of six films.

Bonus Card Conditions

Please note that bonus cards:
(1) Can only be used by one person, so cannot be used to buy tickets for others or for two or more people to attend the same session;
(2) Do not guarantee you a seat;
(3) Cannot be used for Opening Night;
(4) Must be purchased and redeemed at the counter at Village Hoyts Cinemas Queen St;
(5) Cannot be exchanged for cash and no money will be refunded for unused cards.

Book in person at Village Hoyts Cinemas Queen Street

Advance bookings open from Monday 9 May at the sales counter, level 3 of the Sky City Metro complex. We recommend you book in person to make advance bookings for multiple films and take advantage of the bonus card offer.

Seat Smart phone bookings for single sessions

Phone Seat Smart (09) 302 0002 to book for single sessions up to 5 days in advance. Pay by credit card or reserve tickets using EFTPOS. There is a booking fee of 50 cents per ticket. Concession tickets cannot be purchased by phone, nor can bonus cards be used.

Not recommended for booking multiple films as Seat Smart can only process bookings for one film in each transaction.

Seat Smart online bookings for single sessions

Visit www.villageskycity.co.nz to book online for Village Hoyts Cinemas Queen Street’s Out Takes 2005 sessions. Pay by credit card or reserve tickets using EFTPOS. There is no booking fee. Concession tickets cannot be purchased online, nor can bonus cards be used.

Not recommended for booking multiple films as Seat Smart can only process bookings for one film in each transaction. Choose Out Takes Film Festival from the Movies menu to see all film festival sessions.

Collect Seat Smart tickets from the Seat Smart pick up counter

Collect pre-booked tickets from the Seat Smart pick up counter anytime if paying by credit card. If paying by EFTPOS tickets must be collected 30 minutes prior to the screening or they will be released for sale. You will need to bring the credit card or EFTPOS card you used to book the tickets in order to be able to uplift them.
